What does Nightmare Graphics do?

We are a full-service, second-generation apparel decoration and custom manufacturing company. We handle screen printing, embroidery, dye sublimation, cut & sew, promotional products, team uniforms, corporate apparel, event materials, and more — all produced or decorated in our Maryland facility.

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been family-owned and operated since 1982. Our company was founded by the current owner’s father, and we continue to lead with the same service- and art-first approach today.

Do you have designers on staff?

Yes. We have two full-time artists who handle design, layout, color matching, uniform customization, and product mockups. For cut & sew projects, we also work with a Baltimore-based apparel designer for patternmaking and technical design.

Ordering & Process

How do I get a quote?

You can request a quote directly through our website, call us, or email us. For most projects, we’ll need to know quantity, garment type, number of print or embroidery locations, and your timeline.

Is there a minimum order?

It depends on the service:

  • Screen printing: Typically 12 pieces minimum

  • Embroidery: Flexible minimums

  • Dye sublimation: Usually 12–24 pieces

  • Cut & sew: Extremely flexible — we specialize in small-batch production

  • Promotional products: Varies by item, some require 25–50 units

If you have a smaller order, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Can I bring my own garments?

Yes, but not all fabrics and styles work well with all decoration methods. Our team will review the items before approving them for production.

Can you rush orders?

Yes. Because almost everything is done in-house, we can often rush orders when deadlines get tight. Rush availability depends on current production volume.

Artwork & Design

Do you offer design help?

Absolutely. Our design team can create artwork from scratch or clean up and prepare your existing artwork for production.

What file types do you accept?

We prefer vector files: AI, EPS, PDF, or SVG.
High-resolution PNG or JPEG also works for some projects.

Can I see my design before you produce anything?

Yes — we provide digital mockups for approval before production begins.

Team Uniforms

Do you really make your team uniforms in-house?

Yes! Unlike most outfitters, we manufacture our uniforms in our Maryland cut & sew facility.
This allows for:

  • Faster turnaround

  • Small-batch orders

  • True custom designs

  • Consistent quality

Do you offer custom patterns or styles?

Yes — we can create custom styles, fits, and cuts tailored to your team’s needs.

What sports do you make uniforms for?

We produce uniforms for basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, track, volleyball, and more. If your sport isn’t listed, we can usually accommodate it.

Corporate Sales

What kinds of corporate items do you offer?

We provide branded apparel, employee uniforms, promotional products, trade show materials, banners, table covers, signage, gifts, and internal team gear.

Can you help with employee uniform programs?

Yes. We assist with garment selection, decoration, sizing, fulfillment, recurring orders, and corporate online stores.

Do you do small-batch production?

Yes. Small-batch is one of our specialties and a big part of why designers and entrepreneurs work with us.

This varies depending on complexity, but most projects follow these steps:

Do you offer catalogs of promotional items?

Can I pick up my order?
